“My experince with Tech Geeks was all good, no problems at all. I paid for express delivery due to usual pressures to install. However, as the order was split into 2 deliveries, no problem with me, I did not receive the normal StartTrack text message so I was not present for the first delivery 5/6/24 and they took it back. I reported that to StarTrack and requested an urgent redelivery, no commitment from them I would need to wait (!), the second delivery ref ...6022 came on 7/6/24 as planned. Then as it was the long weekend I did not receive the first delivery until Tuesday 11/6/24. Lesson - no need for express courier. Below I have ticked below NO not delivered on time however the details are here.”

“Just got some UniFi cameras from the boys super quick and great communication when the next shipment was coming in. I decided to upgrade one of the cameras to a different camera after I got them. The return process was easy and no issues.”

“Absolutely BRILLIANT ! From half way across the world, Gio was superb in coordinating and managing my order, and they showed flexibility in allowing me to arrange my own pick-up/delivery via DHL.
