“More issues. This time the short indoor cable was missing and the outdoor cable was supplied with blue connectors... in all other cases the PoI cable was supplied with red connectors... the system seems to be working but this kind of thing creates confusion and doubt. Is the blue ended cable appropriate for the exterior PoI work? ie outdoors? (management sorted this issue and the new access point is working great!”

Thanks for your review, although just reaching out to us via email may have helped :D We have confirmed with you that even though the 0.5m cable was missing (our mistake) you were able to use one of the spare cables we had included in your previous order, just in case this happened! We were also able to confirm with you that the coloured "boots" on the end of the ethernet cable had nothing to do with the specification of the actual cable itself and it was infact an outdoor rated cable. We are here 7am to 10pm 7 days a week and sometimes a phone call or email can easily help clear up and confusion :D

“This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their service is absolutely legendary. They took the time to help me understand what I needed and then provided basically a "plug and play" set-up. I have a starlink and wanted to have WiFi in 4 different locations without running long lengths of cable i.e a wireless setup, so as you can imagine there was quite a lot of gear involved in this setup. Every box came labled as per a diagram and I was really easily able to connect it all even though I had no cooking clue what I was doing. It was honestly 10x easier than assembling an Ikea bookshelf. I rang them up to ask a stupid question and had the friendliest person (Ann) on the line. She was absolutely amazing and gave me all the time I needed. She really is the gold standard in customer service. I can't more highly recommend the Tech Geeks.”
