It is a difficult balance on products that are not yet in Australia between delivery and shipping times along with the cost. “Great web site & pricing, you tube videos and really high touch and responsive customer service. Only let down was that the items were dispatched in two packages from different locations, 1st arrived within 24 hrs, the other after 7 days. Delivery partner (Aramax) for 2nd package really let them down.”
