“Haven’t had time to set up my product but the tech geeks from the start have been more than helpful and have given me step by step instructions and the guarantee of being there after the sale has given me the confidence that everything will be okay. They translated the technical jargon into something that I could comprehend with. Tech Geeks treated me as a valued customer unlike some of the other companies I spoke with.”

“The Tech Geeks provided invaluable help and all products required to extend Starlink to a second dwelling on our rural property, improve the wireless network in both homes and give me some options for remotely monitoring my child's home school attendance when I wasn't able to be present. I was able to describe what I required and The Tech Geeks recommended products that arrived promptly once ordered, were set up account-wise and well-labelled for each dwelling, and were simple to physically set up. Questions - silly ones included - were answered promptly. I would highly recommend The Tech Geeks.”

“Great experience with the Tech Geeks. I was setting up home security and knew what I wanted, just needed clarification prior to ordering. Asked for quotes for 2 options to be sent through and they were received within 30 minutes. Order was processed and dispatched the same day. Delivery was a few days but that is outside their control. Will definitely order from them again when I want to add more security cameras.”

“The Tech Geeks are super helpful with great customer service. The delivery was delayed but Gio & Esther followed up quite quickly and the delivery arrived shortly after. I wasn’t inconvenienced as I didn’t need the products urgently and expected slow service via AusPost (which didn’t end up delivering anyway).”
