“I wanted a new outside camera and having the Ubiquiti G4 Instant already, ordered another. This was late afternoon on a Thursday in FNQ. I paid for standard delivery. It turned up the next afternoon. Excellent service, great price, knowledgeable team.”

“Both camera boxes had dents in one corner like it has been dropped, but there was no rips in the packaging . Maybe they were damaged at Reolink. Luckily the cameras are ok.”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and really sorry they arrived that way. They do have a lot of packing inside to protect against this, but we will check with the warehouse to make sure packing is done correctly.
