“When I first came in to car showroom, I was welcomed with a smile and all my questions were answered straight away which shows the knowledge of the sales individual. Next I went into the finance office all the information was given to me which I could understand. I did however have to phone up due to the telephone number being wrong. Lastly I came to collect car and everyone was friendly and very helpful.”
