I made a mistake while booking at trainline: booked twice. Found the problem 2+ months later, 2 days before the travel date. Trainline gracefully cancelled duplicated tickets with full refund - exemplary behavior for others

Finally, I can now heave a sigh of relief. Special thanks to digitalcyberforensics.org .After losing my money to an online investment I did, it felt like all was over for me. Little did I know that my guardian angels would send them my way. Thank you, digitalcyberforensics.org and your wonderful team, for the work you guys put in to recover my lost $86,000 in ethereum. I am forever grateful.

Celestina from Customer Support live chat is amazing!! I had a frustration with a booking that would be really risky with a wrong email etc. She is smart since depsite my frustration she got in the point immediately and helped me out. She is also a really patient and kind person during the whole conversation! Wish all the companies had customer support bless like her. - Apostolos

Telephoned customer service and they were very helpful and got me the cheapest tickets to London. I then rang to change the return journey time, again very helpful an easy process. I finally had to cancel the whole journey and downloaded the app to do this. Again very easy process and refund was back in my bank in 2 working days. Very impressed!

Got in touch with Trainline re the awful journey home from Bath Spa requesting a refund. Full refund within 5 days of requesting same. First class service and very easy instructions.

I ordered an over 60 railcard and made a mess of it out in wrong email address and ordered wrong one. I got onto messenger Trainline. Jamie sorted it out for me with ease. So I just wanted to say fantastic customer service and a big thank you to Jamie and Keith who helped with small problem today Andrea

Selman (sorry if that's not how you spell your name!!) was SO helpful this evening when I found I had mistakenly ordered two sets of tickets, for one journey, using two email accounts (don't ask). Despite the stupidity of this falling very much on me, he added the tickets to just one account, deactivated the other and refunded me, while being so kind and helpful throughout. Guess it just depends who you call up and speak to?

I honestly dont understand all the negative reviews, I have been using train line for years and have never had an issue with them, even when I stupidly booked my outbound and return tickets for the same train station, I called them up and they walked me through correcting the issue. The lady I spoke to was so nice and calm with me. I did have to buy another ticket but luckily it was only 2 pounds more. My refund didnt take long to arrive either. I love Trainline and will continue to use their services.

I travelled from Paddington ( London) to Oxford. Trainline got the an offpeak return for around 12 pounds. Amazing. Much cheaper that National Express Bus. Thank you Trainline.

Its a brilliant service on line and the app. My daughter relies on it, being at a uni some distance from home. She loves your app.. but there is problems at some stations where bad connection. Is there a phone number she can ring if in trouble as shy and not so eager to ask?

Only booked through train line maybe a couple of times. Everything seemed ok, no problems. Liked that I could register my email address and be notified when bargain tickets were available. Return tickets from Norwich to London for 2 people would have been almost £100, we got them for just over £40. I realise that these tickets are available periodically anyway, but nice to get an email to alert me when they are available.

Really clean website, super easy to use and making bookings is effortless. Takes all the hassle out of Train travel and refund was processed in hours on a trip I couldn't attend in the end, and the insurance I purchased wouldn't pay out but the Trainline were really helpful!
