I finally had to cancel the whole journey and downloaded the app to do this. Again very easy process and refund was back in my bank in 2 working days.

“I honestly dont understand all the negative reviews, I have been using train line for years and have never had an issue with them, even when I stupidly booked my outbound and return tickets for the same train station, I called them up and they walked me through correcting the issue. The lady I spoke to was so nice and calm with me. I did have to buy another ticket but luckily it was only 2 pounds more. My refund didnt take long to arrive either. I love Trainline and will continue to use their services.”

“Only booked through train line maybe a couple of times. Everything seemed ok, no problems. Liked that I could register my email address and be notified when bargain tickets were available. Return tickets from Norwich to London for 2 people would have been almost £100, we got them for just over £40. I realise that these tickets are available periodically anyway, but nice to get an email to alert me when they are available.”
