“Their customer service was exemplary. I had ordered three plants from them and there was a problem with one of them which I did not contact them about for a few weeks after delivery. They were speedy and efficient in sending a replacement and I would recomend them not only for their customer service but for the quality and variety of their merchandise.”

“I was looking to order two large potted plants for my nana's front garden early this month. I had a question with regards to what they would be packaged in as I get a little nervous when it comes to ordering online. I spoke to the customer care team using the online chat and got a swift answer. I ordered almost straight away and am delighted with the plants as is my nana. Thanks T&M!”

“Bought begonia plugs suposidly garden ready. Less than an inch tall some struggling to be half an inch. A good half of them with no leaves. Very late delivery, Will never use this company again and will advise every one I know to beware too.”

“Ordered plants online.. They came a little worse for wear.. Contacted the company and they were having issues with Royal Mail leaving in sorting office. They refunded and resent the order. Excellent Customer Service in these unprecidented times.. Unlike Gardening Express who received 61,000 tickets and 940+ 1* review.”

“Have to say that after 4 days of trying to place an order by phone because I was scammed a few years ago, so am wary of ordering online. Surely someone can take phone orders! What about people who don,t have computers? if I do finally get through there,ll be nothing left.”

“After reading the number of dissapointing i can only speak as i find and say that i have been averageing two orders a month since March and yes some have been a little slow but i put that down to the situation we find ourselves in and one order went astray,i emailed,they replied within a few days and a credit was issued,also quality has not been an issue.So far so good and i hope it lasts.”

“Ordered for second time from here first time variety of seeds which are starting to show which is positive, nothing from others but might be a bit too early. Pleased with what I received. Ordered bedding plugs told 21 days but first lot came within 6days. Very impressed with service.”
