Hi I ordered some plants on the 27th of March 2019. Order no was W9151589. When I did not receive the order within the stipulated dates --I wrote to you and promptly got a reply as well. After a few exchanges I was given another date for dispatch On the 2nd of April I wrote to you stating that I will be on holiday from 12th of April till 22nd Of April 2019. I requested you to send the plants either before or after those days. However the plants were dispatched on the 13th of April 2019. Probably delivered the next day (while I was on holiday). Was left outside my main entrance behind a flower pot. As you know that time of the month is extremely cold and all the plugs were severely damaged. When I came back from holiday--tried to plant those plugs but of no use. Was very very disappointed with this order. This was an expensive order and I wanted the best plugs and hence I ordered from you. I have seen that this has happened with other customers as well. Did not expect this from a reputed company like yours PS: Got all the email exchanges saved --in case you want to see the copies Thanks Thought I should let you know Regards Paromita

I've order from them quite a few times before with a lot of good stuff but often damaged plug plants because the packing is poor - fair play they have always replaced them when I notified them. Recently I ordered two pre-planted fuchsia hanging baskets for my elderly father as we don't live close by, knowing my brother-in-law wold put them up. The baskets arrived without brackets and the invoice not indicating they were to follow as should have been the case. One basket was upside down on the box and lots of stems broken - some birthday present! All of this was confirmed by my sister. I emailed T&M and got the 'very busy, will reply within 14 days message' - that's simply not good enough. Then the brackets arrived - don't know if that was in response to my message or just the original order but no message back to me and still no replacement plants. Think this might be my last order with them.

Previously a happy customer. Ordered a buddleja in March with despatch in 7 days. Apparently I should get it in mid June. Not very hopeful re my 72 perennial plugs due end May in the order confirmation. Perhaps mid June they said when the phoned. Person on the phone was very nice and helpful - but doesn't make up, as many others comment here, for failure to deliver.

I have found that 1 in 5 deliveries of live plants are not met within the given delivery time (i.e. the plants are dead if they arrive or do not arrive) Delivery dates are also changed without notice. This makes it hard to plan ahead when ordering plants. On the up side the plants are good quality if they do arrive in time.

Sent wrong plants and then replaced them eventually (took 12 days) with plants that were overgrown leggy and already in flower. Dumped them as completely unsuitable.

I paid £4.99 for a packet of Shirley tomato f1 seeds. I set them in good compost four weeks ago in a heated propagator. Not one seed has germinated. How fresh ate these seeds?.do the staff spent the winter repacking seeds and then change the sell by date

A very disappointing attempt to purchase a clematis on the 3rd February this year. The plant was scheduled for delivery on the 8th of April. I agreed with their txt that I would wait, then it was rescheduled for the 24th April. Since I had no notice of delivery by that day, I sent a txt asking if it was not out for delivery already, just send me a refund I felt this was long amount to wait. I had a very abrupt rebuke by txt from Ryan a customer service employee I assume. Pointing out that I had already been told it was running late, but no expected delivery date was mentioned at all. I now realise their Web site for the shopping page for this plant has been "updated," basically altered now to currently unavailable. A little polite txt to say this earlier, whilst i waited in vain would have been have been nice. Now I shall take my refund and shop else where- always t

I had an issue ordering as a new customer and the price had changed. The customer service was terrrible. I asked if there is anything they can do or do they have any discounts for new customers to which I was told ‘ no there are no discounts for new customers’ wow the company obviously don’t want new customers!!

Ordered a pack of perennial mini plugs. On arrival the pack was squashed and the majority of plants destroyed. Contacted Customer Care and they arranged for another pack to be despatched. Received yesterday and although better than the first, many of the plants had rotted stems. I am now giving up but will not use them again. The photographs of the plants for sale are misleading and nothing like the plants received

The plants i ordered can looking very sick but I bought them back to life. The we’re Elephant Fuchsias . I bought them in pink for a garden wedding . The theme was pink. But they sent the wrong plants that didn’t even look like Fuchsias. Never going to buy from T&M again . Not the first time I’ve had to complain . I have spent a lot of money with them . I did get an apology and my money back but that’s not good enough , they should double check that the plants are what you ordered. Spoiled my display 😢

Never received my order or a full refund. Apparently they take orders they don’t have stock of, and they don’t refund postage. Feels like a scam to me.

I ordered 2 fuschia hanging baskets on 5 July and after 2 phone calls was advised it was on its way. I received them on 22 July. It was full of dead flowers on the soil, and so many seed pods that I spent half an hour deadheading them. Their marketing is fantastic but the end product and waiting time will stop me buying again and I have a large garden to fill. Their loss.
