“ Sent one packet of wrong seeds on a 3 packet order out phoned twice about this basically called me a liar saying they had not received first phone call when its on my phone record and said I'd got order wrong even though seeds sent out to me I'd never heard of then wanted to charge me for replacement , awfull service and won't be ordering again even though I've had lots of things in past. ”

“ I had an issue ordering as a new customer and the price had changed. The customer service was terrrible. I asked if there is anything they can do or do they have any discounts for new customers to which I was told ‘ no there are no discounts for new customers’ wow the company obviously don’t want new customers!! ”
