“This company is a scam. Please go to the Better Business Bureau website to review them. They may have been a good company but now they are taking the money and running. What has out poor world come to. Disgusting!!!”

“I got the wrong order and the run around when trying to order a replacement and then communication stopped and I never got a replacement. It is March and I ordered in November.”

“I ordered my blanket obsessed son a blanket with "his dog's" face on it. He adores it. He got lots of great, expensive things for Christmas but this is the only thing he still cares about. Think he'll probably keep it forever even after he outgrows blankets. Got my daughter socks a couple of years back with "her dog's " face and they're still going strong. Great way to always have your beloved pet with you.”

“The socks were gifts for my sons and husband with pictures of each of their dogs. The pictures were perfect, but the socks are very thin. All of my men were happy with the socks!”

“I find it funny that PupSocks asked for my review considering I never received my order. They also did not answer any of my multiple messages through email, social media, or website contact until weeks after I disputed the charge with PayPal. Luckily, PayPal cleared the charge immediately without question. Maybe we can chalk this up to over extended workers during a busy holiday season, but when you send a customer a shipping label and 3 weeks later it still hasn’t moved, I call foul. Buyer beware.”

“Absolute trash. I got a pair of socks and a mug and they were low quality garbage. The socks weren't even shaped like socks they were just cheap elastic tubes that once stretched in the slightest distorts the image and turns the sock white because of the cheap material used. The mug was a 10¢ piece of trash with the smallest image posted on the mug. Honestly wasn't expecting a 10 oz. Basic white mug with an image of my dog that is the size of a dime. The image was darkened too so you really have to look at it for a few seconds to even realize what it is. Absolute garbage and I wish I could get my money back. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you plan to give it to someone as a gag gift that they will throw away. I honestly got more enjoyment breaking the mug than actually seeing it. I immediately threw the socks away after a 10 second use. Absolute trash, cheap products, I hope nobody else falls for the scam.”

“Everything about my order was HIDEOUS! From photos being poorly cropped to the backgrounds not being properly printed to the edge of ornaments. The LACK of empathy and TOTAL DISREGARD for customer service or satisfaction is DISGUSTING! NUMEROUS contacts sent and IGNORED or BRUSHED OFF! Never again! I WASTED so much TIME AND MONEY! I was too EMBARRASSED to give the GIFTS I loving purchased for family! (Note: the multiple photos shown are just a FRACTION of those taken, sent and no customer service response!)”

“I was disappointed. I bought 2 pair and one was supposed to have gingerbread men on it and I got a plain white sock (with dog pic i sent in only) instead. I sent a message back about this and nothing…no response or correct sock either.”

“Socks were delivered but the cat came out so dark you could not make out any detail. They offered to remake the socks for me and I told the person I bought them for that new socks were on the way. I sent a new picture to Pup socks in December, it is now February and they have not replaced the socks and they have not responded to my 2 follow up e-mails checking the status.”

“I was so excited when I found Pupsocks I knew our dogs on socks would be the perfect Christmas gift for my wife, and she loved them. But after 1 month of normal wear, one sock now has a huge hole in it. It looks like the socks themselves are just made from cheap material. This is a shame because the pictures are high-quality, and they are printed in the USA, I was very excited about my purchase. These socks are too expensive to not be made from quality material.”

“Unfortunately, the biggest problem was the communication with Pupsocks. Although I clearly wrote in detail what I wanted, there was zero communication with them. I submitted a picture of 4 dogs and asked that the blanket had 3 or 4 pictures of the dogs TOGETHER and not separated. I also requested they cut out their faces and bodies. In the end, I received only faces of the 4 dogs and none of them were together. It was disappointing, to say the least. I tried to contact them to tell them I was disappointed and I could not reach them by phone or email. If you only want your pets faces, then you will be happy. I suppose I was expecting more.”

“Took forever to arrive and whoever did the photo cut out messed it up. There were 2 dogs cuddled together and the person cut them out individually and it looked terrible. Really bad job guys, won't order again.”
