“I ordered 2 pair and unfortunately did not receive them as someone likely stole them from our mailbox. It would be great if they could be shipped via UPS or some other way that would make it more difficult to steal.”

“Terrible experience. Received the wrong order. I let customer service know and included photos of what I ordered vs what I received. I got an email back asking for photos so I sent photos again. I followed up and didn’t hear back. I finally submitted an issue with PayPal and PupSocks responded at that time asking AGAIN for photos. I heard nothing back after sending photos. Ultimately, PayPal issued me a refund.”

“I was so excited to order a blanket for Christmas for my daughter, but still have yet to receive it months after ordering. I was originally sent the wrong blanket (wasn’t what I ordered and had a dog face of someone else’s dog, not the one I submitted). I reached out to customer service. They assured me a corrected blanket was on the way and would get to our house by Christmas (I first ordered Dec 1). It’s now Feb 2, customer service does not respond to my emails. I have no blanket and no refund. Total waste of $70.”

“I was excited by the idea of your socks and wanted to give them as presents last Xmas. But while I loved the photos I wasn't impressed with the quality of the socks. Made of thin nylon material and styled similarly to a tube sock, I doubt that these gifts have even been worn. They look cheap. I feel that it was a waste of my money.”

“I got my wife the blanket with our two dogs faces on it. She absolutely LOVES it. She has shown her family and friends when they come over. Plus it is super warm so she uses it like every night. Well worth it.”

“The blanket was great cuz you could actually see the characteristics of my dog’s face. However, the socks and the mug were terrible. The picture on the mug was too small and blurry and I couldn’t see my dogs eyes and face on the socks.”

“It was horrible! I received the incorrect order that did not even have my dogs picture on the blanket. I was told that I would receive a replacement order and that never arrived. I will never use this company again! HORRIBLE SERVICE”

“Y’all are a joke for a company. Not only did I reach out to you that you got my order wrong a week before Christmas but I never even heard back or a solution to the fact that you got my order completely wrong and sent someone else’s order to my house. I reached out to you multiple times through email and Instagram with no response. Horrible experience and ruined a great surprise for my wife to get a blanket from a recently passed dog. I have written terrible reviews on your Instagram and have advise people to never shop from you guys ever.”

“I never received my product and when I tried to reach out via email i kept getting alerts that the email was not deliverable. I tried several ways to reach out about my order and could never get thru to anyone. AGAIN, I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT!!”

“I bought 3 blankets for Christmas presents. 2 blankets were dog photo blankets and I was very pleased. Not only did they do an excellent job copying the photo but the blanket was extremely soft. Both recipients were thrilled@! The other blanket was a gag gift with a head photo. The recipient calls it the headless blanket! What a unique birthday gift.”

“My first pair were great and arrived in a timely manner. In early December I was advised that my second pair was shipped. I have never received them . I have sent three emails to customer support with no reply. At the same time you used without my permission my cats photo in an ad. I have finally disputed the charge based on ne receipt of product and no reply”
