“While I’ve loved the items I’ve received the few times I’ve ordered, I was disappointed in the customer care I received when I had a defective item. It was outside the 3 day window (15 days to be exact), and it had been worn once. I don’t feel like overalls that cost over $100 should start to come apart after one wear and one wash. Very, very disappointed in the LACK of customer service. They were friendly in rejecting my claim. I’ll give them that.”
“Love the clothes this company has, BUT the return /exchange policy is awful. Can't return anything unless you want to pay $8 plus to do so, no exchange offered. Was told to buy same item in a smaller size when I received an XL dress the size of a camping tent (best guess would 3XL or so actual size range ) and then return the item i purchased by paying $8 to do so ( item was priced at $16) s aller size was not available, and I won't be paying anyone to keep something I purchased. Shein and Temu have figured out a way to return and exchange cheap $3 and $5 items , Three Bird Nest is very expensive and should certainly have a strong return /exchange policy. Sucks because the clothes really are nice !”
“I wish I had read the return/exchange policy before ordering. I order from Natural Life frequently, and their policy is AMAZING. That is my fault for not looking into it. The dress I recieved is the size I ordered, but it is too large. I wanted to exchange it, and after FOUR e-mails, someone finally responded that I can return it if I pay for shipping, which was almost $10. Not worth my time or the effort. When someone finally did get back with me, she did a good job but again, the return "policy" is very inconvenient for shoppers, and will not recommend this company to friends. I will be sticking with Natural Life from now on.
I ended up not returning the item as it wasn't worth the hassle.”
“Item size description was way wrong. I ordered a size large (thinking it would maybe be too small in the chest) jumpsuit based on the size chart provided. I could have fit nearly 2 of myself in the jumpsuit. Exchange isn’t an option and I bought it with a coupon no longer available. Having to pay for return shipping is also a bummer. After spending nearly $16 I have nothing to show but wasted time.”
“I really want to love this company, but I have had such mixed results from my purchases. Some things are amazing, some of my favorites pieces in my wardrobe. Others were so horrible that it was offensive to be charged so much money for something so low quality. The fact that they charge $8 for returns just adds to the frustration. If I were able to witness the quality of some things I ordered in person I would have never purchased. All in all, I just don’t think it’s worth the risk of buying unless you can see the items in person first.”
“Wish I could write a glowing review but my experience was not at all positive. The first time I ordered my order arrived promptly and it was awesome, this last time I ordered the items took almost 6 weeks with no follow up from three birds nest- I get the shipping methods can be tricky but I got nothing more than “ there’s nothing we can do, if you are getting shipping updates ( never mind that the order was bouncing between Indiana and Florida). I was really disappointed in the follow up which was non- existent- I emailed customer service and received no reply- I reached out to the text line and the customer service representative whilst somewhat sympathetic, provided no concrete solutions. I love the Three Birds Nest clothing but I will not order from them again after this experience.”

“Items are cute but not the best customer service. Charging $10 shipping then another $8 bc an item (jacket with useless hood) doesn’t work is not a business I can afford. Potentially losing $20 every time a purchase doesn’t work, doesn’t work for me. This is why unfortunately companies who allow free returns are getting returning customers. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again bc this is an online only company and it’s harder to know if all parts of an item are functionable. In this case, the parka hood was not even comparable in quality to the rest of the jacket. Esp for issues like this, a customer should get their money fully back.”

“Today, I was really disappointed in this company. I absolutely love shopping here and I have never had an issue. I felt like they took care of their customers. A couple of weeks ago I made a purchase that included a stunning sweater. It is so comfortable and it just goes with everything. After about two weeks of owning it, and wearing it a handful of times (mainly using it to warm up in class- so just sitting there..), the threading on both pockets unraveled. After this happened I reached out and asked if I could exchange it for another one and was told, "We kindly ask that all customers report all damaged, missing or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery." My order was literally delivered 2 weeks ago. When I explained that if it had arrived that way I would have reported it, (but this is from the quality of the threading), I was told they were sorry and could report it to the "quality" team, but nothing more since it was out of the three-day window.
Look, these clothes are not exactly cheap and I am fully aware that I am the one spending my money on them, however, I do expect the quality to represent what I am paying for. This isn't it.”

“I was disappointed. I ordered a bralette and it was out of stock, after I already ordered it. Was not a huge deal I agreed to get it in another color, but you sub the wrong size. I emailed and you said you would send the right size. Never got the right size. Another bralette I received was way too small. Fit like an extra small instead of a small. But couldn't exchange because all sales was final.”

“Clothes were ok. The pants were sooo much shorter than the image and way smaller in the waist. Returning things is a nightmare. And the oversized shirt I purchased shrank so now it’s like an enormous crop top. I’d be skeptical to order again just based on the return policy alone. It’s super expensive so you better be 💯 sure. Oh and you cannot return sale items.”

“I’ve been meaning to share my experience for a few weeks now. I wish I had praise, but the truth is that I ordered 4 items and none of them were good. One was shown as a knee-length dress on the model and came just below my undies (I’m 5’6” so not super tall). It was also entirely see-through and was $50+. Also got a cute tunic tank that, after 1 wash was covered in pill-balls. 3rd was a dress that was much more full in person color wise and is the same color as my tan skin. I don’t like wearing it. Feels naked. 4th, a bra top size S that would be tight on my 7 yo. Couldn’t return it. I don’t like paying return shipping on items that are misrepresented. I learned my lesson sadly. Out $120 but likely won’t shop with TBN again. I’m so sorry.”
“Everything was fine, just not the actual product. I purchased a super cute kimono, but when it arrived it was so cheaply made, had loose threads everywhere, it looks like it’s barely held together. I’m afraid to even wear it because I’m pretty sure it’ll fall apart right off me. Very disappointing.”
“I absolutely love the style/look of these cloths but I am very disappointed in the quality of some of the items. The bralettes fall apart after one wash on delicate and air dried (lace ones.) I also just bought a pair of wide leg pants and they already have a hole in the crotch. I know I wont be getting a refund but I also will not be ordering anything else unless I have my items replaced.”
