“We had booked a family trip to Sikkim through Thrillophilia, but one of the activities of paragliding, was called off because of the company's problem with the weather. At first, we were disappointed, but their support team handled it really well. He explained the situation clearly, reassured us, and initiated the refund without making us chase for it. The money was back in my account after 7 working days.”

“I had to cut short my Ladakh trip midway as I fell seriously unwell after the first couple of days. i assumed there would be no refund since the tour had already begun. But when I informed Thrillophilia, they considered my situation and arranged a partial refund for the unused part of the trip. It wasn’t the full amount, but it felt fair, and I genuinely appreciated their understanding. The process took two weeks , but the way they handled it left me with a positive impression despite my trip ending early.”

“We had booked a Europe tour including stays in Paris and Rome. A sudden family emergency forced us to cancel everything. Normally, hotel bookings are non-refundable, so I had very little hope. But Thrillophilia’s team somehow managed to negotiate with their partners and got us a full refund for all the tours. It took some back and forth, but we didn’t lose a single rupee. Very commendable job 👏👏👏👏”

“We were planning Ladakh trip for almost 8 years. This year we decided to make it happen and chose Thrillophilia. The hotels they gave us were amazing . Kamini and Saloni were very helpful and answered all the queries patiently. They also suggested us routes and itinerary to make it easy for us. Though the temperatures were harsh, the hotel staff were very warm and never let us feel unsafe. They offered excellent Buffet for breakfast and dinner, yes even at Hanle and Tsomoriri we had buffet. Special thanks to our tempo driver Mipam. He was a guide , a well crafted driver and very friendly. He was always respectful, guided us through each and every place , helped us in times of emergency. I would recommend him to everyone travelling to Leh Ladakh . Thrillophilia was very supportive throughout the trip and very budget friendly.”

“We spent 5 days and 4 nights on the beautiful Medhifushi Island in the Maldives, and every moment felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly planned—smooth transfers, warm welcomes, and seamless check-ins. We traveled to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday, and the resort went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They surprised us with a beautifully decorated bed for her birthday and even presented us with a delicious cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that left us feeling truly overwhelmed with happiness. As parents, we were especially touched by how baby-friendly the resort was. They provided healthy, freshly prepared meals for our little one, made exactly to our requirements. Knowing our daughter was eating nutritious, freshly made food gave us so much peace of mind during the trip. The food for us was equally amazing, with a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes that made every meal a treat. The beaches were stunning—powdery white sand, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in both a beach villa and a water villa, each offering its own charm. The beach villa gave us direct access to the shore and a peaceful ocean view, while the water villa was pure magic—waking up to the gentle sound of waves and stepping straight into the lagoon was unforgettable. This trip was more than just a vacation—it was a collection of beautiful memories we will cherish forever. “Just 1.5–2 hours from Bangalore, the Skandagiri trek is the perfect quick escape. We started at 3:30 AM, hiking under a blanket of stars with only our torches lighting the rocky trail. The climb is moderate — a mix of mud paths and boulder sections — and takes about 2.5 hours to the top. Reaching the summit just as the sky turned gold was magical, but the real show began when the sea of clouds drifted beneath us. With panoramic views of Nandi Hills, fort ruins, and a small temple, it felt like stepping into another world. Tip: Book in advance on the Thrillophilia website, wear sturdy shoes, carry a headlamp, and go between October–February for the best sunrise views. Weekdays are quieter and more peaceful. A short trek with a big reward — Skandagiri is a must for any nature lover around Bangalore.”
