“I had an amazing trip to Kerala with my family! The entire trip was wonderfully organized by Devendar Kirtani, my travel agent from Thrillophilia. He managed everything very well, from booking good hotels to planning a feasible itinerary that we could comfortably cover and enjoy without any issues. Our driver was also very good and could speak Hindi, which made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. He also suggested some great vegetarian restaurants, which made our trip even better. Overall, we had an amazing and memorable trip. I would highly recommend Devendar Kirtani to anyone planning a trip to Kerala. Thank you for making our trip so smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable!”

“We had a truly memorable trip to Singapore, and everything was very well coordinated from start to finish. The pick-up and drop-off services were always on time, making our travel smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to Himanshu, our point of contact, who was extremely helpful, supportive, and available whenever we needed assistance or had any queries. All the arrangements were perfectly planned and executed, including tickets and entry for Disney, the cable car, Singapore Flyer, and the city tour. Everything went smoothly as planned, which made our trip enjoyable and stress-free. We really appreciate the excellent coordination and support throughout the journey. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Singapore!”

“It is a good company… cares about its customers and genuinely tries to give its best…they are also available there for support even after you pay them and that is an important distinction in this industry… I booked sikkim and darjeeling tour with them and they did a commendable work in sikkim part…I am really impressed how they handled everything there … my darjeeling booking could have been better specially the part that more beautiful locations like mirik was there for stay but anyways I really enjoyed every single day of my trip…and special thanks for taking care of such a big group of 6 people which included my parents and my infant child…you did a commendable work and hopefully I'll approach you soon for my next booking…till then keep up you good work”

“We had a great experience booking our Singapore and Malaysia trip with Thrillophilia. All the commute arrangements were smooth, the Singapore tickets were well organised, and the itinerary was planned perfectly. The overall experience was good, and I’m happy with the service provided by Thrillophilia. The only areas I wasn’t fully satisfied with were the accommodation in Malaysia and the food arrangements. “Our trip to Bali was truly a wonderful experience, right from planning the itinerary and the initial discussions to the final execution. Everything was well coordinated, and the trip turned out to be a memorable one. A big shout-out to the entire team for their efforts and support in making it special! A few areas for improvement: The stay at Paragon Hotel during the last two days was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others. Additionally, the quality of the cars provided could be improved to make the overall travel experience more comfortable. Overall, it was a great trip, and with a few improvements in these areas, the experience could be even better!”

“I had a wonderful 6-day trip to Phuket and Krabi with Thrillophilia, and overall, it was a really good experience. The itinerary was well planned and had a good balance of activities and leisure time. “Overall, it was a great experience\. From pickup and drop\-offs to all the venues and locations, everything was very smooth throughout the journey\. We were never kept waiting, and the coordination was excellent\. The only issue we faced was with the hotel rooms in Malaysia and Singapore, as they were quite compact\. When we requested a room change, the support provided was not satisfactory\. Apart from that, it was a great experience overall\. We truly enjoyed the trip and are definitely looking forward to booking our next trip with Thrillophilia\!”

“Its a 5D/4N trip to Singapore from Hyderabad. Pickup and drops schedule was maintained, no changes to schedule were allowed. Trip went well as planned. Need to be careful while booking and before payment made, as any change requested ultimately will not be done, as the responsibility of each team shift. Overall i rate the trip as good.”

“An Unforgettable 7-Day Ladakh Adventure with Thrillophilia! 🏔️ We had a wonderful experience on our Ladakh trip with Thrillophilia. The entire trip was well planned and smoothly organised. The stays were comfortable, the food was good, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned to cover everything without feeling too rushed. The vehicle was also in good condition, which made travelling around Ladakh comfortable. The local staff, cab driver were very sweet, helpful, and supportive throughout the trip. “The Bali tour was well planned and the POC who did the booking was knowledgable. The trip went smooth, they provide whatsapp support during the trip. However, one thing to improve is Thrillophilia's pre-trip support. I had booked flights and tour with Thrillophilia, the flight got rescheduled and it was a big headache to get the itinerary changed with Thrillophilia support. There is no way to reach out to them on call before the trip starts. They don't respond on whatsapp also and I was worried my trip will not work out. The marketing guy stopped responding also. But finally they got it sorted. My suggestion would be to keep the customers informed proactively instead of us getting panicked.”

“They gave a very good and reasonably priced Thailand package. Transport was good and punctual, the cars were luxurious and drivers were polite & helpful. The India team's overall support, even during the tour was very good. Only thing they missed was that they had booked the Nong Nooch Garden tickets without including a sightseeing bus (within the garden). Everything else was as planned.”

“Even though overall it was well served and enjoyable tour for me, yet being a regular traveller through Trillo I will list out positives in praise of, and the negetives for improvement by the Thrillo. The positives:- 1. Person from Thrillo namely Mr Dinesh Panda helped me a lot in finalising the trip booking perticularly amidst the fact that I am not good at technology of the day. 2. The driver and the guide were very good in their respective domains in regard to their expertise and cooperation. 3. The third party vendor of Thrillo was adequetly responsive. The negatives: 1. The hotel arrangement for two nights at Paro was not appropriate as a. The Management was arrogant and inconsiderate. Many of the staff were drunk after late evening, nobody available at reception for most of the time. Above all, the Manager was behaviourly not up to the mark . Food was not good. Packed breakfast was very poor in quality and quantity too. 2. Hotel on the last day at Phuentsholing was very far from the main city which has defeated our purpose of last day leisure roaming. Dinner there was good but next morning breakfast was poor in quality as well as quantity. Note: I will end with my constant expectation ( which I have expressed in review to my earlier travels with Thrillo too) that in somebody from the Thrillo should have a word with the travelling team once or twice right during the currency of the tour, rather than just having a ceremonial feedback on completion of the trip. This will go a long way in developing a personal touch with the participants and in turn, developing a sustainable client base. All the very best to Trillo. Soon I will be planning next tour with Trillo. Thanks.”
