“12th July ladakh tour ....solo woman traveller , 6 night package....Very nice thrillophilia...great experience...hotels are so nice every location , but driver Nadeem is not good for solo woman traveller......very bad experience .....food is nice ...”

“We had a minor issue when booking our Dubai package through Thrillophilia last month. One of the highlights was a desert safari, but it got postponed due to unexpected weather. At first, I thought it would take weeks of back and forth, but once I raised the concern, their team quickly resolved it by offering us a new safari date and refund within 48 hours. While they’re not perfect, I appreciated how quickly they acknowledged the mistake. I’m happy with how they not only refunded me but also arranged the desert safari.”

“The booking platform was easy to navigate, and the payment process was smooth. Prior information regarding the pickup and drop points for the trek was clearly communicated. Overall, the trek experience was good and well-organized. However, the transport arrangements to and from the base camp were not up to the mark and need significant improvement.”

“I recently went on a netravati trek. Perfect view and experience. Only disappointing instance was that our group had to wait for almost an hour for forest department people tp gets out IDs checked.”

“The Netravati trek was great. However the trek leader was not much experienced. He couldn't manage the group of 50 people and blamed the trekkers for not being on time when he didn't started the trek on time. Even the site seeing was not well planned and he kept blaming us for spending time at the places. The bus scheduled for us was late by 1.5 hours and we waited at the pick up location.”

“Had an incredible Europe trip with Thrillophilia! France and Switzerland were absolute stunners - from exploring Paris' charm to witnessing the Swiss Alps' grandeur, every moment was pure bliss. Italy was a tad challenging due to external factors, but the passion and beauty of the country still shone through. Kudos to the Thrillophilia team for helping plan an unforgettable adventure! “We had a most memorable family vacation, thanks to Thrillophilia team's careful planning and thorough execution. The ground staff at Vietnam ensured that things moved smoothly and coordinated the activities well. The lunches and dinners arranged by Thrillophilia including a complimentary Indian meal, were just too good and kept our spirits up. We were able to cover a lot of ground and visited Hanoi, Danang and Ho Chi Minh within a week's period. The hotels provided good breakfast options with vegetarian choices as well. Some feedback would be - pls provide the service vouchers a little in advance as the entire trip depends on it, if it comes too last minute then we don't get enough time for ensuring that is aligned with our expectations which was set before paying the package price. Secondly, the third and last hotel at HCM was below our expectations. While initial hotels were too good and comfortable, there was a little disappointment when we went for the final stay, because the rooms were not so nice, kids were disappointed. So maybe u need to check through and through to ensure that your standards which u certainly have very high, but they need to maintained through and through. All said and done, it was an exceptional trip and we are really happy to have chosen Thrillophilia as our vacation planner. Special shotout to our contact point at Thrillophilia Ms. Priya, who left no stones unturned to make our trip smooth and ensured all my requests were accommodated. “Europe Tour - A lifetime experience We were a group of Six People and recently returned from a memorable 13-day trip to Europe covering France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, and Vatican City. We could also peep in Liechtenstein, a semi-constitutional monarchy in addition. It was truly a delightful and enriching experience. Every destination had its own charm—from the Eiffel Tower and canals of Amsterdam to the scenic Alps in Switzerland and the heritage of Rome. The itinerary was well-balanced, giving us time to explore, relax, and enjoy local culture. The travel arrangements were smooth throughout—comfortable transportation, well-located hotels, and timely transfers. Our tour guide/coordinator was professional, informative, and ensured that we had a hassle-free experience. Being Vegetarian, I had limited Food options but still it was thoughtfully planned, and we got to try a variety of local cuisines. Special thanks to the organizers for managing everything efficiently and making the journey enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable tour. Looking forward to many more such journeys! “I recently completed my trip to Switzerland with Thrillophilia, and it was very well-organized. Bhavya provided a detailed daily schedule that helped us plan each day smoothly without any issues. The hotel in Interlaken was great, but the one in Lucerne was not up to the mark. The hotel in Zurich, although near the airport, was quite far from the city center — I would have preferred one closer to downtown. Overall, the trip was wonderful, and I’m very happy with the service provided. Thank you for a memorable experience!”

“*The whole experience was really nice. The trip we planned was for 4 nights and 5 days to Kerela, which includes 2 days in Munnar, 1 day in Thekkady and 1 day in Alleppey Houseboat. “We have booked our trip to Kerala and we had an amazing experience. The only hotel where we faced some issue was in Thekkady "Spice groove", they din't had proper food and we had to wait a lot for food to come and looks they were out of stock on everything, I will suggest to book some other hotel if in Thekkady.”

“he Sar Pass trek is a stunning adventure that takes you through dense forests, beautiful meadows, and snowy landscapes—each day offering something uniquely breathtaking. One of the best parts of the trek was the camaraderie among fellow trekkers, which made the journey all the more enjoyable and lively. The local guides were excellent—friendly, supportive, and always ready to help, especially during tricky patches on the trail. They ensured a safe and steady pace for most of the group. However, the main guide could have been more professional and attentive to those who were falling behind. Additionally, it would have been nice to hear more about the local culture and history during the journey. The itinerary was well-planned, balancing challenge and enjoyment, and allowing enough time to soak in the beauty around. Facilities were okay overall. In the end, the trek left me with unforgettable views, valuable lessons in resilience, and memories with amazing people. With a few tweaks, this experience could easily go from great to exceptional.”
