“The whole trip was very good, and everything was well planned. The driver was very kind and showed us all the places happily. He told us about each place and everything there was to know about Kashmir. The only reason I am giving this trip a 4 star is the standard of the hotels. They were not clean. The hotel in Srinagar was fine, but there were water problems in the bathroom. The hotel in pahalgam was very bad. Nothing was working there. The wifi, the heaters, the plug points..nothing. the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed, and the bathroom was stinking. We somehow managed for a night. But the next night in sonamarg was very comfortable. The hotel was very nice and clean. The heaters were working well and the food and view was good.”

The guides allotted were aware of the places of visit and was flexible to our needs. My apprehension of traveling with two kids were calmed down along the way. With a few pitfalls, overall travel experience was satisfying and achieved as expected...A few suggestions are : 1. To guide to good restaurants for lunch and snacks which is not covered in the itinerary. 2. Better customised shopping experience. 3. The overall experience was good. Had a really amazing trip, with a great pre-trip help from sales POC as well as ops POC. Good and Bads are part of a trip.
Few things were below the expectations like-
1. Hotel room in Hanoi, no actions were taken even after sharing the concern on the WhatsApp group.
2. Issues with lunch as well as dinner, shared the concern with Tanya over WhatsApp.
3. The guide on the BaNa Hills tours was ridiculous.
Positives -
1. Guides on rest of the tours, specially the guide on cruise.
2. Food in the cruise was amazing as well as the lunch on Ninh Binh tour was outstanding.
3. Support from ops team was great!
Could have been better - The itinerary could have been planned in a better way by discussing it...like city tours must have been a compulsory suggestion from the sales team.

I recently have been to my first ever Himalayan trek in uttarakhand. I went for kauri pass trek which is near to badrinath around 40km with a group of 30+ people. And I must tell you guys it was an amazing experiance so far for me. I was not sure about the trek untill the D day have arrived but when I was getting enquiry about booking from thrillophilia, there customer support team have helped alot to clear my doubts about going on this trip. It actually motivated and helped me find my own reason to do this trek, I was so scared at the beginning but once I meet my other journey members who were completely strangers to me It felt really excited and relaxing. Thrillophilia have helped me find some really good friends with whom I share my inner self of being an adventurous person and also helped me to gain more motivation to do such more trips in near future. Talking about food and facilities they provided, it was a decent food and decent facilities available based on the climatic conditions but the best part was we had few amazing trek leaders out there to support us at any point of time. I think what's most important while going on such trips is with whom you are treeking. I went with 30 strangers and all 30 of them including Trek leaders were amazing and professional and very friendly people.
I really wanna thank thrillophilia for the last minute booking and arrangements done by them for the amazing Himalayan trek I have been to. Also I like to share few photos and videos with you all.”
