“*Thanks Thrillophilia. This was my first collaboration with Thrillophila, suggested by my bestfriend for a trip to Kashmir, and you didnt disappoint me. The first and foremost commendable thing was that the support provided by your staff through out the trip. Ms. Ishika Daga was my support staff, and she did an excellent job. She paid much attention to my daily plans and ensured that i am well treated in comfort and secured. Suggested me trip ideas, and also properly sorted out challenges risen through out my trip. Because of her, i stringly recommended Thrillophilia to my best friend also, who booked his trip to Kashmir. I am looking forward for my further trips with Thrillophilia, and in those trips also, i wish i had the assistance of Ms. Ishika. Two points that need correction from your side is that, the hygiene of food and drinking water in Houseboats should be ensured. Packaged drinking water must be provided. The drivers should be properly instructed. Many of the drivers in Kashmir turned out to be greedy that they take travellers to taxis and pony rideds, from where they get commission and charge way more than required from travellers. Keep going Thrillophila.*”

“Truly enjoyed our trip to Sikkim & Darjeeling Truly enjoyed our trip to Sikkim & Darjeeling. The itinerary was well thought off and our POC Himanshu explained everything quite well. The rooms had all the important amenities and our stay was comfortable. The Narula experience at Gangtok was great, Overall, it was a trip to remember and would recommend Thrillophilia to all.”

“Recently I had a trip of Triund trek and Laka glacier, it was a really good trek organised by Thrilophillia and very well managed. Only one point I felt that complete trek from base to Laka we did in one shot so it was very tired one but anyway complete trip was good.”

“It was good. Thank you for the experience. All things were good, Camp Owner is very polite, helpful and decent personality. Camp facilities were awesome including blankets, hygienist, camp cleanliness, camp quality, washrooms. Great experience.”

“The whole trip was very good, and everything was well planned. The driver was very kind and showed us all the places happily. He told us about each place and everything there was to know about Kashmir. The only reason I am giving this trip a 4 star is the standard of the hotels. They were not clean. The hotel in Srinagar was fine, but there were water problems in the bathroom. The hotel in pahalgam was very bad. Nothing was working there. The wifi, the heaters, the plug points..nothing. the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed, and the bathroom was stinking. We somehow managed for a night. But the next night in sonamarg was very comfortable. The hotel was very nice and clean. The heaters were working well and the food and view was good.”

“*The itinerary was good. As in all travel, covering everything would have have been a tedious task. The hotels booked were excellent with knowledgeable staff and commendable service. The guides allotted were aware of the places of visit and was flexible to our needs. My apprehension of traveling with two kids were calmed down along the way. With a few pitfalls, overall travel experience was satisfying and achieved as expected...A few suggestions are : 1. To guide to good restaurants for lunch and snacks which is not covered in the itinerary. 2. Better customised shopping experience. 3. Familiarisation with the Bhutanese culture and tradition, like songs, dances or any other form of cultural activities. Thank you*”

“"Hey! The overall experience was good. Had a really amazing trip, with a great pre-trip help from sales POC as well as ops POC. Good and Bads are part of a trip. Few things were below the expectations like- 1. Hotel room in Hanoi, no actions were taken even after sharing the concern on the WhatsApp group. 2. Issues with lunch as well as dinner, shared the concern with Tanya over WhatsApp. 3. The guide on the BaNa Hills tours was ridiculous. Positives - 1. Guides on rest of the tours, specially the guide on cruise. 2. Food in the cruise was amazing as well as the lunch on Ninh Binh tour was outstanding. 3. Support from ops team was great! Could have been better - The itinerary could have been planned in a better way by discussing it...like city tours must have been a compulsory suggestion from the sales team. Overall experience stands good! Thanks to Tanya and Pranjal💯"”
