“It was very good.... It was my first time using a website to travel and the experience was amazing the ground team was very good be good with them ask them where you can head first they will make your itinerary more exciting they will tell you about the near by villages where you can go have fun there guide was also very good as well as the main team (yogesh Sharma) he was very considerate whenever I ask him for help he was there with the solution”

“*Stay at Leh & Pangong was comfortable. Meals at both places were very good. Vehicle had an issue on way which took time in resolving. Nubra stay & meals were not up to the mark. While putting 2 unknown persons in sharing, both should be briefed about washroom & mobile etiquettes & maintaing decent retiring timings. Thank you Bhavya & Mahesh for your support. All in all, a pleasurable trip!*”

“A core memory: Spiti valley with thrillophilia This was my first trip with Thrillophilia and I had a great experience. The team was very supportive and had constant communication with us before the trip begin. I had gotten a call from the team even before the trip to tell me about the details and what I can expect which was great. The guide Sachin and our driver were extremely helpful and skilled. Sachin’s knowledge about the area and how to take care of ourselves during high altitudes was really helpful and important. I experienced some Altitude sickness but the guide took really good care of me and offered me soup and ginger water and took constant updates about my health which really helped me. It was pretty tough to have sickness in a new place without family and it was a little scary but thanks to the guide and my co-travellers i was able to get out of it. Not only my tours guide but even the other thrillophilia guides there helped me and spoke with me about how I’m feeling. The driver was very very skilled and it so tough to drive in that terrain but when I saw his driving skills I knew we all were in safe hands. In Spiti valley at that height it is very difficult to find Luxury but I can assure that thrillophilia has done their best in offering us comfort with a touch of local hospitality which I really liked. The trip was everything I could ask for, they covered all the sights, gave us free time , stopped for as many times as we wanted for washroom breaks and resting while maintaining the time schedule and entertained all our questions without getting irritated which was really nice.The hotels where they stopped for lunch were very good too. All of us loved the properties especially the one in Tabo, tigers den if I’m not mistaken. The food there was splendid and I loved how they provided with desserts like kheer at such a heigh altitude difficult terrain that was definitely a pleasant surprise. The guide, the online team and driver where very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I had a great experience, the only constructive criticism is about the Hotel in Manali where the food and service was not that great, it’s not thrillophilias fault but they can definitely look into it and maybe consider a better hotel. I would surely recommend and travel with thrillophilia again”

“*To be very honest, i was not expecting a lot from this, but genuinely everything was beyond my expectations Itinerary was well planned, hotels was good, driver was friendly and he have covered everything along with some extra sightseeing with his wish and without any extra charge And very important to mention- Rupali, who was there throughout the journey to coordinate and help out at each and every stage Checking whether everything is going well, or are we facing any issues Resolving issues on time, everything from her end was up to the mark I will surely recommend this to everyone who are planning a family vacation or friends trip. “The driver provided, ANWAR MYTHEEN, was best. The car was good. The trip wouldn't have been this good without this driver. He was very polite, very knowledgeable about the routes and locations. He was very helpful in taking photos & videos of us whenever we requested, without complaining. The driver should be rewarded for the extraordinary services provided to us. The rooms provided were nice and had very good views. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. The assistance provided by Thrillophilia agents Kapil & Rupali was outstanding. Their assurance and timely checking up on us was a big and silent support for our trip in becoming worry-free. Thanks for a wonderful experience.”

“The experience with Thrillophilia on Spiti trip from 15th June to 23rd June was absolutely exhilarating. They are very dependable when comes to comfort and safety. They are so responsible of their customers! Groups were well managed, everyone became friends! On ground tour agent Sunil Kumar Ji, our Innova driver Ashwani Ji everybody were super caring, kind, knowledgeable and friendly! Always answered our queries patiently. The stays and food were on point given we went to a remote Himalayan high altitude region. Very good amenities in all stays. Samsong Camps in Chandrataal cooked delicious hot simple meals. Mostly we had veg/non-veg all options. Spiti Valley Hotel in Kaza is simply great with facilities, food, ambience, location and hospitality. We got mountain facing rooms almost at all places! Everything went very smooth. Great trip and looking forward to next one soon with Thrillophilia!”
