“It’s my daughter Jenny bday today over excited she left on the train early this morning to go to el dorado on a weekend camping ambassador ticket She rang me to say she had forgotten her ticket !! After just 30 minutes while I contacted customer services and provided photos of the ticket lovely Victoria mailed me to say it was sorted !! I can’t thank you enough ❤️ You saved her day instead of driving to Ledbury I am relaxing in my garden !! Thank you thank you thank you”

“I booked a standard ticket in error for Lost and Found and discovered I needed a VIP ticket to join my friends. Alex at Ticket Arena answered quickly and made the transaction very simple. I booked a new ticket and a refund was processed. Thanks Alex!”

“Very responsive and extremely quick in replying to my emails. Especially as I have had some issues in applying for a refund for leftover credit in my cashless wristband chip. As soon as I emailed them regarding the problem and was unable to apply, they immediately responded and have been excellent support in extending the deadline for applying the refund. Brilliant work and support from both Alex & Victoria!”
