“I had to wait until 12:07 pm to see the "Buy now" button on the "Tickets" page, whereas the Facebook page of Sea Dance Festival sent a word to announce the opening of the ticket purchasing several minutes before... The 10 minutes to valid the purchase is really short (only 2 minutes remaining after the receipt of my bank's SMS agreement)...”

“Ticket options and important information were displayed under the relevant selection. Simple layout even with the bold advertisment in the background. Terms and conditions were easy to navigate, however i booked for me and a friend and wish it was stated a little sooner that when purchasing multiple tickets you dont get an option to type each persons name into each ticket. maybe a pop up box for when you select 2 or more tickets stating that 'each ticket must be accompanied by a copy of the relevevant documents of the purchaser' 'See T&C's' i understand its to stop the resale of these tickets, but for the genuine users who are buying for a group of friends it may prove difficult when collecting wrist bands on the day.”
