I bought my tickets 13 months ago. With just one week till Innervisions it appears to have been postponed until November! No reason given. They have ignored all my emails asking for a refund. Appalling. Steer clear.

the worst service ever, never got my refund back, they dont respond to emails. almost 300 euros lost because of this sh!t company. I have all the receipts, this company is the worst. 2 years and still never heard back from them or got my money back. HORRIBLE!

It was Absolutely impossible to log in to get my tickets. Tried to log in on my phone, computer then I downloaded the app, reset my password waited 3 days for link to arrive, still noting. Support email that was provided for contact, says that this email is not monitored anymore. I thought that this company is one big scam and I lost the money I paid for the tickets. Luckily someone finally replied and re send me my tickets. Such a hassle tho.

I have contacted the venue to ask about accessible seating via email and messenger but I have received no reply, the telephone number published for the venue is no longer available. This is a shocking service for people with mobility issues

I have emailed umpteen times yet not replying. I was unable to go to an event 27th January as I was around a family member over Christmas that didn’t realise they were positive for covid. I did end up contracting covid so a very good job I didn’t go. I did receive an email on 28th to say I could sell my tickets on. Of course this was too late! I’m £50 owed and very rude not to have a response.

Over sold tickets way too much, was like sardines in a tin. Also hour wait for drinks and people on the bar were so slow and minimal. Tickets was so over sold that it was like inhaling people’s breath and BO, now suffering with covid. Never again.
