Sweatbox. Event was oversold, people were still being let in way after doors “closing”. Too many people, everyone was packed like sardines and sweating as there was no air con.

After paying £55.00 for a pre drinks band for NYE bass festival I had the worse experience. I had my wrist band topped up with the money on arrival. To then only £14.00 of the £55.00 to be told I had no money left. I then spent the best part of 45mins at the front entrance of the venue to have this sorted in the mean time missing the only act I actually wanted to see. Want my advise I would say to never pre order drinks bands again and wait til you have actually reached the venue on the day.

Misleading ticket sales - I was supposed to receive a shirt with my ticket and selected a size for said shirt but when I went to pick it up I was told I hadn’t actually purchased a shirt. I’ve heard this happened to other people as well, very unexpectedly, so it would be helpful if it was a bit clearer in future.

I tried to buy a ticket through the site but the final payment section failed so I had to buy direct from dj ruby. Not impressed

Your website was very laggy when I tried to buy a ticket. It kept showing tickets that weren't actually available to buy. Also, when I tried to make an account soon afterwards, it didn't work. Although I emailed your customer service, I didn't get a proper response (it didn't even feel like it was coming from a person). The link I was given didn't work.
