Didn’t use voucher. I emailed twice to try and get a refund however no one bothered to reply.

QR never came through on ticket so was not possible to redeem credit. Phones switched off on customer service and not responding to emails. Opened fraud case with my bank.

We spoke with a mangers. They said us they refund the money because we bought another ticket. But we never had the refund.

Wasn’t pleased with the cashless voucher idea, makes buying things a hassle, had to go and top up every time and couldn’t see how much funds I had left, what’s wrong with just using contactless? Made the festival less enjoyable.

I received no email regarding a refund request for rolling loud Portugal or any communication at all. After the event was postponed to 2021 there was no communication after this didn’t go ahead. I am now being told there was a refund request form that was not communicated? I have requested a refund multiple times over email. Why wouldn’t they communicate this. To be honest I won’t be purchasing tickets through ticket arena again. They changed their terms and conditions after payment and have proceeded to take customers money after that.

The worst company I have ever dealt with- told me my ticket was valid and when got to the event it wasnt Hardly ever answers emails Lies and says have chatted when havent

Absolute rip off. Was unable to buy more than one date at a time (for a set of 4 workout sessions) so was charged your extortionate booking fee 4 time! 0 stars.

Been trying for days to reset password to get a refund on money not spent. System doesn't generate a mail and nobody and I just get an automated mail when I query.

AWFUL AWFUL company. Don’t buy your tickets from here and definitely don’t speak to their customer service team. Nasty people with nasty morals. You will be losing out on money and no one is willing to help. Anything for them to make a few quid.

Why should I have to pay more for a text message when it clearly doesn't even state what I'm paying for and what the text message does. Took a while for refund to be back in my account. Wouldn't use ticket arena unless I have no other choice.
