Poor double and triple charged for one drink and had no way of knowing til I ran out of money on my wristband!! Shocking and appalling

Tried to buy disabled tickets but had to phone, but there phone numbers are not working, so emailed but never got a reply. Not the next service I have ever received.

QR never came through on ticket so was not possible to redeem credit. Phones switched off on customer service and not responding to emails. Opened fraud case with my bank.

We spoke with a mangers. They said us they refund the money because we bought another ticket. But we never had the refund.

Wasn’t pleased with the cashless voucher idea, makes buying things a hassle, had to go and top up every time and couldn’t see how much funds I had left, what’s wrong with just using contactless? Made the festival less enjoyable.

I received no email regarding a refund request for rolling loud Portugal or any communication at all. After the event was postponed to 2021 there was no communication after this didn’t go ahead. I am now being told there was a refund request form that was not communicated? I have requested a refund multiple times over email. Why wouldn’t they communicate this. To be honest I won’t be purchasing tickets through ticket arena again. They changed their terms and conditions after payment and have proceeded to take customers money after that.

Absolute rip off. Was unable to buy more than one date at a time (for a set of 4 workout sessions) so was charged your extortionate booking fee 4 time! 0 stars.

Been trying for days to reset password to get a refund on money not spent. System doesn't generate a mail and nobody and I just get an automated mail when I query.

AWFUL AWFUL company. Don’t buy your tickets from here and definitely don’t speak to their customer service team. Nasty people with nasty morals. You will be losing out on money and no one is willing to help. Anything for them to make a few quid.
