Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“Why should I have to pay more for a text message when it clearly doesn't even state what I'm paying for and what the text message does. Took a while for refund to be back in my account. Wouldn't use ticket arena unless I have no other choice.”

“There was no clear address on the ticket also when finely find the address in cineword cinema in Wembley outlet , there was nothing there , We had to ask manager and showed our tickets but he was shocked as no such an event existed, I tried send a complain a few times but unfortunately I didn’t get any email back or help, very disappointed with your service and most un trusted websites , they phone always goes to answer machine and not anybody responsible”

“Money from cashless were never returned!! I actually wrote unum festival on instagram multiple times to report about the problem and they never bother to reply or return the money! This is how costumers are stolen!!”

“Did dot reply. When I contacted them about a refund on a ticket i had purchased for my girlfriend. She was not able to attend the event. As she had to self isolate for 8 days.”

“I didn’t receive a confirmation email but I sent my proof of payment. Instead of offering their assistance and a one-off GWG they refuse to refund me as I missed the deadline. Even though I don’t have a confirmation email with all of the details? Poor service”
