I ordered the 50 pound voucher plus 5 pound credit but when the voucher was scanned onto my wrist I was only given 48 pound

The interface between buying and setting up an account didn't work properly. Had the voucher sent to my email but my account I set up didn't have any purchase history. Had I wanted to reclaim unused credit this would have been impossible.

took me hours to get tickets, kept getting them in my basket and then they'd disappear and show as sold out, then wait a bit and they'd reappear.

I didn’t receive my ticket I only got into the venue bye showing my bank statement and they had a list of people who had payed causing a slight hold up in the large queue to get in.

Desktop site is fine. The mobile site needs a lot of work for ease of navigation. We tried buying there first, each on separate phones. It's awkward and frustrating. So we switched to desktop and no problems.

You never remind your customers about part payments, I then receive an email saying you’re about to cancel the payment because you’ve tried twice to take the money? This is all news to me, as a company you need to step up and remind people. Also being able to change the date of payment would be so beneficial.
