Why does it force a registration? Stupid, from the customer point of view. Complete waste of time, adds no value. Also the ticket cannot be added to apple wallet, even though at point of sale it says it can.

I thought my internet connection was running low, as the site took so long to process my tickets. If this had been a queued ticket event, I would have been furious. Also the email notification/receipt took over an hour to process!!!!! I won't be using this site frequently for now,not my first choice.

website wouldn’t allow me to checkout. I had to press random areas on the page to allow me to check out. And this also did mean that I lost my space and tickets , had to be re done

You should have more payment options. And I do not understand why the prices show in pounds instead of euros.

It was a mess and didn’t check out for two times, even that I already used my bank account and set the payment through my phone. And a lot of times allowed me to grab early bird tickets but at the checkout, it failed. It was literally horrible to check out.
