I was trying to buy the presale ticket which is 150£ and your site was not accepting my card so I lost my opportunity for that ticket and had to pay 199£

I had a problem with the payment and I loss the turn to buy the tickets and I have to buy the 2nd release.

As an away supporter I found it irritating to have to register on a site I may never use again to buy tickets for a match at a football ground I may never visit again. Obviously this is the football club’s fault for using you, not yours for having your system. But they haven’t asked my opinion.

Not very impressed they give a ticket price then add on 10% for so called admin why not just give the true price and why does one ticket cost £6.00 admin and another ticket which is more expensive costs £10.00 admin surely the cost is the same I.e send an email

Hi there I was in the process of paying when it went round and round for 15 minutes, then completely threw me out so I had to start the process again - unsure if the first payment had gone through or not. Anyway, second time was fine and I've only been charged once.
