It says scannable e ticket but when it came it said I have to print!?!? I don’t have a printer!!! Needs to be much much clearer. And it has a bar code on it so what a waste of paper.

sélectionner les places ok créer un compte et rentrer les info de CB sur la meme page ? hum moins fun et une fois validé le site qui plante, recharger la page, sans savoir si le paiement est validé et rien à faire entendre pour relancer un achat après, du changer de moteur de recherche. (après peut-être que le bug est venu de chez moi j'ai mis firefox de coté et réussi à valider le paiement via opéra) j'aurais aimé une proposition de paiement par paypal (après la confirmation de paiement par sms de ma banque était rassurante) et le mail reçu dans la foulée pour venir vous noter est en anglais :/

I had difficulties logging in; everytime I tried, I was told I put the wrong password. I asked for a reset, I put the "reset password" provided, but it said "wrong password" again. Also, when I tried to complete my order, the screen freeze, doing this everytime for some hours in a row. I'm not sure why this happened, but it wasted my time and patience. I hope it will not happen again

Payment/ check-out process was a pain. Had to restart laptop to clear cookies because ticket payment page wouldn't load on a subsequent attempt. Verification time kept counting down even when transaction had been approved offline via mobile money. After that it took a while to still process. I was generally in fear that I had been charged and ticket wouldn't be issued because there was such a delay. Prior to all this, ticket sales had been closed online earlier in the day and offline locations advertised never had event tickets.

For some reason it put the name of my ticket as Darren muguiyi and my name is Jack pope and I tired logging into the app and it doesn’t work.

Would rather have received tickets in an e-mail as opposed to a web link on a text. It made the back end of the process more difficult than necessary!

Buying via your online platform was a very cumbersome process and not as smooth as other online platforms i have used before. Also contacting your online support team was a challenge as most of my queries received somewhat automated responses. I was only able to get my issues sorted out after several days.

Il vostro sito mostra pagina bianca quando vado per comprare i biglietti con Chrome. Ho dovuto farlo dal telefono. Inoltre una volta acquistato e con il codice non posso aggiungere il biglietto al mio account e visualizzarlo tra "i miei biglietti"... Potete sicuramente fare meglio... Ciao

I had to go back to each even to check for tickets, it should be an easier way to be able to check for the other dates availability versus needing to go back 3/4 steps.
