Said 1st release was sold out and we bought 2nd release and then it said after there are still 1st release tickets

I entered my payment details for a cheaper ticket but the processing went on for a very long time only to be kicked out of the queue leaving me only with the option to buy the more expensive tickets once I’d got back into the queue.

I was waiting in que from just before 9:00 yet at 9:30 I was still waiting and when I tried to purchase tickets it would say it’s unavailable even after the original page said the ticket as available to add to basket by time it refreshes all the tickets are gone except the 200 pound ones I also think they shouldn’t have the page refresh depending on wether you wanted to look at instalment plans or pay out right because the same thing happens and then u technically don’t get first dibs on tickets

I’m not sure if it’s isolated to the event or the website. However it kept crashing every time I tried to make payment (which caused me to loose out on early bird ticket which was £60 less than the ticket I ended up having to pay for)

I went into my call contacts to obtain my number and when I went back to the booking screen i had lost my place and instead of paying 160 I had to pay 190

When I picked the option for payment plan it took me back in the que, this was too time sensitive and so I panicked and had to pay full price on a different screen I had the good foresight to open.. very disappointing as I’m not all the way prepared to pay full price right now

I had a chance to get cheaper tickets on my phone but the option to pay wasn't working (didnt allow me to click) therefore i had to pay for monthly for my tickets which is more expensive

Admin fees on tickets are quite high in comparison to the price of the ticket and charged per ticket rather than transaction. The site recognised that I have signed up previously so when I went to log in with my account, it couldn't find me but this was still showing as an error even after I logged in (via Facebook, which would have been handy to know that's how I registered). I then had to start the whole process again (from the home page) in order to continue. Just farcical all round. Why do you have to register to buy a ticket? Other sites don't require it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Had a bad experience. The fact that I have to click in to every date to get an overview of when there are tickets available is bad (there was events over a whole month). Also, I wasn't able to book the date I wanted as I couldn't leave one empty seat.

i think the booking fee is too high - other clubs ie darlington don't charge a booking fee
