Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A clumsy e-ticket site. PDF shows only 2 tickets although e-tickets show all 3. Clicking on Ticket Arena print Icon takes you to the advertising web page not print. Choosing tickets and price levels didn’t feel reassuring as to if you’d actually get what you ordered. Credit card payment Page stalled twice. All in all - not my favourite ticket purchasing site by a long way.

My experience with booking tickets with Ticket Arena was rather harrowing. After having gone through the whole rigmarole of finding the seats and booking them, your site took the payment from my credit card but did not issue the tickets. It was only after looking up your telephone number and costing me an international call did the problem resolve itself. And that was thanks to Victoria, one of your support staff. I am of the opinion that I should be awarded compensation.

Don’t think I’ve used you before. Slightly frustrating seeing the early bird prices and then how much more I had to buy my tickets for Also not sure how it can be justified to charge for an e-ticket....

Early bird prices are cheaper in the price for those who purchase tickets far in advance. This is a practice that is used throughout the industry. Just a note on our delivery fees. These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. Brought ticket though social media No confirmation email or order number.had to go though Customer service to get tickets after providing evidence from bank . Apart from that now got tickets Customer services was very fair So 2 stars for now!

The website kept refreshing before pre-orders opened. It could've been a bit more user friendly and show a message instead of refreshing every 5 seconds and not letting me understand why. Furthermore, I did not remember I had previously logged in with Facebook, so creating an account showed that I already had one. I tried to reset the password and I never received any password reset emails until I noticed that I had to login with Facebook. Again, poor UX :(

The time in which you have to complete transaction is not long enough. I tried to pay for 2 tickets and the transaction timed out and I was informed it was not successful but the money is still pending as paid from my card. The second time was I bought the tickets successfully but the money for that payment is also pending. I am concerned that the money will be taken for both the unsuccessful and the successful attempts at purchase.

I tried to get tickets on the website (wrgb2019.eventgenius.co.uk) twice, but to no avail. Despite being registered on the website. Thank goodness there was a telephone number I could use to get the tickets I wanted.

No option to de-select the tick-box for signing up to the Ticket Arena mailing list when making a purchase. The tick-box was present but didn't work (on a 2018 iMac using Safari). This is very poor (and possibly illegal).

Refused entry on confirmation of bank details, wouldn’t process through, tried and reloaded the app/website 20 times gave up and did it on someone else’s phone
