It was somewhat confusing as you cannot order tickets with different names in the same time.

Had to try several time to book two tickets - and had to book them seperately. If it was'nt for my resiliance and hard headness to attend the event I would have opted out.

The additional costs and fees added on top of the price of the ticket are beyond unreasonable. Adding 25% to the cost of a ticket for "transaction" and "processing" fees, which on the face of it are the same thing, is unfair and abuses the sellers position. Furthermore, charging the buyer a fee for an e-ticket is also ridiculous when there is no cost involved.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Just a note on our delivery fees. These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. This is why mobile, email, and e-tickets can sometimes have delivery fees attached to them. Thanks, Ticket Arena

I tried to log in with the wrong password, so I requested to change my password, then they sent through my 'new password' which didn't work either! Did this twice. Finally managed to finish my booking with 30 seconds to spare by logging in with facebook

It took 7 hours to book a ticket! Once registered through FB couldn't register through email. Card payment just spun, never going through. Eventually paid through Chrome with Google Pay. Stressful!!!!

i had troubles with payment by credit card - it asked me for confirmation code, which i received by text message, so i entered it and it wrote "Session expired", but the second credit card from different bank worked. so it will be some issue based on bank api

It is obvious that you make it difficult for people to find out how to get a refund. I had presumed there would be a link on original booking but no, in the hope that people will give up nether the less. It took me 15 minutes to sort that out.

The process is relatively simple and easy to use. However it is a little confusing how an electronic payment system can ‘sell out’ of an option?

There was a default to 'Save my credit card details' which your system did not allow me to untick. I never want any system to save my card details so I not impressed that yours gave me no option in this regard.

whole idea of purchasing vouchers b4 hand i.e registering with TA printing & taking to event, then loading on armband is way OTT whats wrong with buying at event by con tactless credit card.

It was very easy and fast however I do not like the fact that you can book only 1 Ticket at a time -I cannot book for myself and at least one more person at the same time.
