Our mission at Ticket Arena is to provide consumers and gig-promoters with a better way to buy and sell tickets online. Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“Booking fees are incredibly overpriced and different for each event, which makes no sense. You can’t put a lot of tickets for different events in your basket and pay all together either, which means getting tickets for multiple events takes a very long time.”

“ordered ticket 30/3/19, £3:00 for postage now evening of 4/4/19 still NO TICKET not good service surely for £3 at least first class mail !!!!”

“Annoyed that we pay an amount for 'booking fee' then an additional amount for the provision of the e-ticket. Why the need to pay twice?”

We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Our delivery fee covers more than just delivery, costs can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more.
