Booking fees are outrageously high. Site is average to use, relies too heavily on cookies to function though.

it has been very difficult to contact the event team as they only respond to email over the weekend and when trying to book tickets for an event that didn't work we have lost out on discounts.

Booking fees are incredibly overpriced and different for each event, which makes no sense. You can’t put a lot of tickets for different events in your basket and pay all together either, which means getting tickets for multiple events takes a very long time.

Took me ages to book. System repeatedly returned a message that no tickets were found even when I let it choose the best seats automatically. The payment is also cumbersome having to fill the full address for no apparent reason

Takes to long to order your ticket far to much info needed and not enough payment options. Almost didn't bother to buy the ticket but sadly couldn't find any other site that had them for sale.

Couldn't select individual seats and only option was to buy 2 seats. Had to have site choose random seat for me in order to buy a ticket

ordered ticket 30/3/19, £3:00 for postage now evening of 4/4/19 still NO TICKET not good service surely for £3 at least first class mail !!!!

Annoyed that we pay an amount for 'booking fee' then an additional amount for the provision of the e-ticket. Why the need to pay twice?

We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. Our delivery fee covers more than just delivery, costs can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more.
