The mobile site glitched and wouldn’t take me to the checkout page. I was stuck on the page where it asks if you want purchase protection, agree to communications, etc. and there was no way to go forward. I had to go get my laptop.

Ridiculous booking fees. Would've got a 5 star if it wasn't for that.

Hi Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. I initially tried to complete the purchase on my phone and the site kept crashing. I eventually got it to work on a PC.

It is ridiculous how high the handling fee is: 4 pounds per 40 pound tkt… 10% Also, a discount offered for sharing the event on Facebook was not applied to my final bill. 4x 40 pound tkts bought for 176 pounds.

Firstly the web site page crashed 3 times before I could log on, after closing browser. Secondly having selected my tickets then clicked on the ' share on Facebook' link, it lost the ticket information, so I selected the FB link first, had the discount then chose tickets. This is badly laid out. Payment etc was fine.

it wouldn't let me sign in via facebook, and then it wouldn't let me sign up because my email already had with facebook. I tried to reset my password which was changed to '[password]' due to signing up with facebook. I tried signing in with both 'password' and '[password]', both didn't work and my account got locked for trying to log in incorrectly too many times. After trying again twice, I was able to change my password and log in. But in this time it had been over 10 minutes and it lost my original two tickets I was trying to buy and it's a good thing I was buying tickets that weren't in a rush to sell out.

Clicked on the £20 ticket option was told I was going to get that and was being directed to the payment bit. Instead it redirected and said I had to pay £40 instead. Ridiculous system

Using the online system was not straight forward, especially on my iPhone. I had to log in using my computer to be able to proceed with booking my ticket.

Waited till the very second tickets went on sale clicked tier one and then decided to not accept my payment then only had tier 3 tickets left making me spend more money.

The website kept crashing when trying to buy tickets. Tickets were ‘sold out’ on the website but then cheaper tickets realised. I paid £46 but five minutes later tickets for £30 were realised afterwards - after the website stated they were not any to purchase. Very unhappy with the service.

Whilst I appreciate the idea of Ticket Arena, the website has not been built with accessibility for blind screen reader users in mind. This has meant that, despite numerous attempts, I was unable to book my tickets. My only option was to get someone to do it for me. This is disgraceful as there are excellent web accessibility guidelines that web designers should be using.
