“I found it a bit difficult to get the ticket because I didn’t understand why I had to give my credit card information if the ticket was free. Then I consulted with a friend and she showed me how to do it and it was easy breezy after that”

“When I tried to get the tickets delivered via SMS, at 35c charge it just kept on timing out, saying "Processing" on the payment screen - very frustrating. When I then emailed customer support, Glen was extremely helpful and we resolved the issue by email delivery. Thanks Glen! Huw”

“1. After signing up the confirmation e-mail didn't arrive fast enough 2. On checkout I couldn't use google payments as the site was not secure. I decided to buy the free ticket instead to avoid sending my payment details. 3. There's no cart view to see what I tickets I have pending 4. It's hard to navigate, from an event page there's no obvious link back to see all events.”

“Very disappointed in website. Did manage to get Liam Gallagher tickets this morning on my 3rd attempt but have been unable to get the 3 BBC concert orchestra tickets I wanted, which are being sold 1 at a time! WHY? I have been timed out numerous times. Pretty hopeless.”

“Order 8121392 (vitori) VERY disappointed as i purchased the tickets and paid in full 324.00 euro, however due to an error from YOUR end the tickets were not reserved, even though money was promptly taken from my account. As a result of this i ended up with having to fork out an extra 324 euro (until refund is processed) to reorder and even worse losing the originally purchased seats as these were purchased by someone else. I would have expected at least some sort of upgrade or discount not just receiving an apology email and being left off in a worse off position ! Had i not checked with you as to why i had not received the tickets i would have ended up not even being able to see the show....”

These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more.
