Bought last release tickets as it said there were only a few remaining, checked the next morning (day of the code results day party) and they had put the much cheaper first release tickets back on.

Tried to buy a ticket for the Detonate all-dayer, initially tried 1st release but it was constantly refreshing not allowing me to buy, same thing then happened for 2nd release. Only when I tried 3rd did the 2nd release one appear in my basket. Not the best experience.

For some unknown reason took many attempts to process payment on Macbook. Ended up switching to phone and completing transaction on mobile instead. which was swift.

I attempted to pay for a split cost ticket expecting to able to split the £60 total over two months but i was charged the full cost which is actually more expensive than a standard release ticket, I also have to wait for the tickets to be delivered instead of just printing them through an email

Going through check out was confusing as it took me to apple pay and I coiuld not find wear to pay with a debit card

I went to purchase a voucher and was told the payment didn’t go through, I then re did it again and have been charged twice and given two vouchers and cannot get a refund.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service.
