The formatting was all off when using the app through the marble factory website. Had to highlight the text to be able to read it. Apart from that- quick and easy.

Found the sight not to bad to navigate but when it came to pay it was very difficult you were lucky, it took 4 goes and it worked I nearly gave up so you could have lost a sale. A pay pal option would have helped.

These cover more than just delivery costs and can vary from event to event depending on the hardware and operational costs we incur in order to help run the event. Delivery fees cover costs such as developing our e-ticket technology, providing ticket scanners at events, providing staff to manage entry, designing of tickets and more. Declined my card for no reason whatsoever. Said they accepted it on the website, even checked to see if I had it frozen and everything was fine on my end.

I paid £0.35 without realising as this is the default for receiving your tickets and not the free option. I feel that this is cheating customers and you are hoping that customers like me forget to untick it. I feel saddened and upset not at the amount I have lost as it is menial amount but at the principle. I will now be so careful to make sure I am not clicking on things I don’t want but not happy with this service

The price at the webpage is not the same as the price that is drawn from the bank. checked with my booking and a lot of my friends bookings and it is the same. the price is much more higher drawn from the bank account than it says on the homepage with the actual currency rating

It should be easier and faster to see tickets available of certain prices any day, as you have to stay clicking on day by day and doing many clics till you see what's available.

Why a booking fee & then extra to send tickets to a phone?

We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. The user experience is quite horrible, way too many steps in purchase, no visibility what you are actually buying and the payment did not work the first time (even though completed before the timeout). I would recommend hiring an UX specialist.

this review refer to the web site I have not reached to the team of customer service. found this platform not a user friendly to the over 60's , did not wanted to create an account for one off booking it was not giving the choice not to create an account.
