The ticketing system is a bit of a shambles, was on the ticket link for Elrow as soon as i had my release email (57 minutes before tickets went on sale). Elrow says its first come first serve and then Ticketarena put you into a queue at RANDOM to re-enter the site meaning i had to wait 5 minutes before getting on the site i was originally on for an hour. Ticketing system is a joke.

Website kept crashing and caused my laptop to shut down twice. Managed to get tickets in the end by refreshing the page

Tickets were on fourth release within minutes, however after purchasing I found that Resident Adviser and Skiddle were still on third release for most of that day.

Website crashed and wouldn’t work on internet explorer so had to move to chrome which lost me my tickets. Really should mention this on your website as it only became an issue when I went to check out, tried it several time where as on chrome it worked straight away.

Get all the way to purchase, turns out I’ve had an account years ago - then have to reset my password, whole ticket process took about 15 minutes and almost missed my reserved tickets

The app doesn’t work well and neither did the website, was an absolute pain using it and if another vendor was selling the tickets I would have gone to them instead unfortunately TA was the only place I could get them.

We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Included in the booking fees are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience. Is horrible the process to buy a ticket in the website, you can’t pay with Apple Pay and is necesary to register to but - ticket, i think that with an email is enogh

Not impressed, timer is set too short so you risk making errors. Cheeky additional charge for an e-scan ticket.

Technically poor, tried to buy the ticket on my android phone. all fine until the end. Nowhere to pay. Spent ages messing about, ended up two phone calls later being told that the checkout tab doesn't appear on some phones. Eventually worked fine when I was able to use the desk top.

We do add a 30p charge to cover our costs for providing ticket scanners, staff to handle entry at events, printing and designing of tickets, and more. Wanted to buy ticket without logging into account I forgot I had. Only discovered this when I entered my e-mail address. Had to request password reset and as it was close to timeout I had to begin the transaction again. I want the ability to use my e-mail address without logging into my account. I have already forgotten the new password I set a few days ago and may not use the site to buy another ticket for 6 months, a year or longer.
