1. Edge browser is not supported. I was only able to complete the purchase by using Chrome 2. Once you experience a payment issue, there is no one to communicate with. No phone number, no "chat with a rep" option, only an email that is not easily found

We do not add any other admin or payment charges. Booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. I clicked the link the minute tickets were released waited in a queue only to be told that there was now nothing in my basket, I had to start the process again and ended up paying £12 more than other people who went on the link minutes after me, if a tier of tickets sells out you should automatically move to the next tier not have to go back and begin the process again

Due to a high demand for tickets, it is possible for certain ticket types to sell out in the time it takes for you to checkout and results in an empty basket. This is due to the large number of customers attempting to purchase for the same event at one time. Why make us pay a "Booking Fee" for each ticket rather than just one transaction? Could it be another case of "Rip-off Britain"?

whether it was ticket arena or egg london website, it took me a crazy amount of time to purchase the tickets. I couldn't log in, then I reset my password and my new password was sent as [password] so my account got blocked. when I managed to log in I couldn't find the event (so this is egg london's fault as they don't have it listed on their website). I'd go back and have tickets in the basket then it'd say I don't have anything in my basket. Also wish you could pay with paypal. Having said all that I can't remember having issues purchasing from ticketarena previously but this time, how the ticket sale was embedded in the website and the event made it very difficult to buy tickets.

Why is it so difficult to allow clients to purchase more than one ticket, ie a couple cannot get two tickets as the system does not allow it? For this reason I rated as I rated.

On occasion, ticket limits are put in place on events to ensure fair access to all who wish to attend. On this particular event, the ticket limit was set to 1. When you're booking a ticket, you want a site that works. When using latest firefox, I couldn't complete the booking (the proceed to payment button simply did nothing). I had to switch to Chrome and start again - not something you want to do when you're trying to secure tickets that are selling fast.

When filling the payment information online. You had zoom out to fill in the card details because it would not let you scroll down. Had to guess what information it was asking for.

Very difficult to purchase on mobile for some reason; wouldn’t let me amend card details, then when I finally could, the page just went blank. Only persisted for so long coz I really wanted the tickets but it took me about 3 attempts

Lots of hussling, it's only difficult to purchase tickets if you don't have a creditcard. Becgause i couldn't arrange a creditcard on time i wasn't able to buy early bird tickets and had to pay the full price. Try and give at least another option then only creditcard. Paypal maybe?

Badly laid out site with ambiguous wording. It call buying accommodation "buy your ticket" which is the same wording a separate payment for the dance event already paid for - confusing, we already have ur4 ticket for the event. Buying thee breakfasts for three night event, you have to buy ONE extra "ticket". But to buy extra breakfast for second person in the room for the same event, apparently you need to buy THREE more breakfast tickets, not ONE ticket for breakfast for 2nd person. Not logical. We mistakenly bought one ticket for extra breakfasts for 2nd person, so we now find we are two breakfasts short.

Although the ticket purchase process is quick and easy, I’m horrified at paying £4.85 per ticket for a booking fee! It’s disproportionate and appears to be just another revenue stream for the promoters and ticket sellers!

Forgot my password, tried to get it reset, got sent a new password in my emails and the new password didn't work. This happened multiple times. Had to set up a new account to be able to buy my tickets.

The event was good but getting the ticket took long as the website wasn’t working for me. Although I waited till last minute to buy a ticket it was overpriced at almost £25 and everyone else paid £5

Maybe it was because it was the first time I had used Ticket Arena to buy Glasgow Speedway tickets but I found I could not easily buy tickets for two events at the same time , tickets for Edinburgh v Glasgow were being bought at the same time. I went along to Glasgow Speedway in person and the problem was sorted by a helpful young man .I think insufficient information was displayed on the website. I will, however , buy tickets this way again.!!
