Not sure why I was charged £10 booking fee each ticket plus £2 for an e-ticket when it is all done electronically! No need for all of these hidden extras that always pop up 👎😔

We charge a single booking fee per ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn’t be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. We strive to keep our fees fair and competitive, and all customer feedback will be taken into consideration as and when booking fees are reviewed. Thank you, Ticket Arena

Should have an app or a link to an app on the email sent. Also my tickets won't download on to apple wallet.

Previously I have had very little trouble with using ticket arena. Using it today on my phone it took ~20mins to buy my ticket. I was thrown out of the transaction multiple times and information like sharing and liking the page for discounts was not remembered. Logging in to buy my ticket rather than signing in as a guest ended up being tricky and time consuming. I find it easier to use on my computer, would rate 5 stars other than this transaction.

Interface is not user friendly. For example, sort country phone codes in some meaningful way.

The system is ergonomic and I had no difficulty to book my ticket. However I encoutered a bug the first time, thus I had to go through the ordering process a second time. Perhaps it was only bad luck, but I can't rate better than 2 for this reason.

While this time round i managed to get my purchase, on several occasions before I have not been able to purchase my ticket out of complications on login in, not having details remembered, having to make a new password that then not working... ect ect silly little things but things of which i have not had a problem with on other ticket providing companies.

My card kept being declined - I'm still not entirely sure why, but I can only assume it was because it was American Express? I still can't find anything on the website that says which cards they do / do not accept though...

The login system was broken as I had previously logged in with facebook. When clicking that option this time, nothing happened. Then when trying to create an email account it wouldn't allow me right at the very end as it said I had previously used FB. Excellent. After 2 password resets and spamming incorrect passwords to lock my account it finally let me use my email as a login. Maybe get your web dev to have a look at that. Also 50p charge for e-ticket? Don't be ticketmaster.

Too much detail required. What is the point of me having to put my address when the ticket purchased was coming to me via e-mail. I am not very happy for someone else to hold my address especially when I will not be using this site again. Why could I just be a visitor?

This is to ensure they reach you securely and also means you can track their progress using the Royal Mail's track and trace service. your login/checkout system needs work, I struggled to check out under a new register. I entered all my details (inc credit card details), then right at the end of the process, your system said I was already registered and wiped the order. In the end, I found out it was because id used my facebook to log in on a previous event. If you had of made this cleared, or kept my details so I didn't have to re-enter them all, it would have been a much better checkout process.
