When I tried to pay for my ticket the page would reload to the same one instead of going to the next one and paying took me 20 minutes

I ordered tickets off a website for the date that was 13th July, however, once I received confirmation of my order it advised the date I selected was different to the 13th.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our booking fees are added to each ticket to cover the costs involved in providing our ticketing service. We do not take a penny of the face value cost of a ticket - 100% of the face value is passed on to the event organisers running the event. Without these booking fees, we wouldn't be able to provide our service to you, our customer. Included in the booking fees, and any additional e-ticket delivery fees, are card payment processing costs, customer service and account handling costs, secure server maintenance and development costs, and a number of other costs involved in providing our service. A large portion of the booking fee also goes towards funding new technologies designed to improve your event experience. Kind regards, Ticket Arena

difference between currencies for the same tickets is too damn high!

It appears you have opted to pay in Euros and as a result, you have been charged the exchange rates and fees. During checkout, we do confirm all of our prices and fees to ensure you are fully aware of these before confirming your purchase. The system for buying tickets was not great. I was put in a queue exactly at 9am for a super early bird ticket which took forever, it eventually said that I had one in my basket and then the system crashed meaning that I was then only able to purchase a 1st release ticket. Obviously this is annoying as I had to pay more even though I was told I had a super early bird in my basket. This also happened to a couple of friends of mine who were only able to get 2nd release for the system to then tell them that 1st release tickets were still available

Due to a high demand for tickets, it is possible for certain ticket types to sell out in the time it takes for you to checkout and results in an empty basket. It took countless times to figure out why wouldn't recognise my address, purely because needed to be lowercase. But wouldn't tell me what was wrong. Nearly gave up, the love of music took over. Maybe look at the format?

We are aware that email addresses are required to be in lower case, but this should not be an issue when entering your home address.
