“The booking process was quite easy for the printed tickets. Unfortunately I wasn't able to book the mobile tickets as the system got stuck on the processing step for 10 minutes and then seemed to crash.....”

“User friendly and easy to fill in the form. I gave it four stars as for some reason, payment info boxes were disabled and did not let me enter the requested info to complete payment, even though all the other fields were completed”
