“Never had any problems using the site very easy to navigate. If i have ever had any queries they have been answered quickly and very informally. Will give a 4 out of 5.”

“I loved the experience. I felt really secure due to the amount of security which was set up around where the event was held. My only negative comment is that although told not to get glass bottles with us, these where sold during the event which I saw as a safety hazard. Overall it was a really good organized event”

“I bought tickets through the Motion website. Ticket arena gave the option of a text and email which was good, though the extra 35p was unnecessary for the mobile tickets. A trivial amount but the tickets - coupled with the £4 booking fee - were already deer and I don’t know any other companies that do that. Still, generally happy and confident that I’ll get in without any drama (ticket already being used etc.) Thanks! :)”

“Maybe next time gave a list about the things you can't take with you inside it would be better than put a list the day of the event in font of the entrance, we lost a lot of time because of that. The rest was quiet good thank you”

“AT the gate entrance it would be better to have clear indications where to queue up as we had no clue which queue we had to take. There were various entry check points but they were all different (iphone tickets; printed tickets; vip tickets etc).Preferably there would be indications on the tickets which would tally the queue to take up to avoid re queuing. Also group or family tickets are to be recommended as individual booking took quite a while. Thank you Regards martha camilleri”

“Overall all was great fun, super guests and always felt safe. However, few notes for improvement: - no signs at all from bus stop to the entrance. Many people, including myself, got stuck in the park unaware of where the entrance was. Few direction signs would have been useful. - no running water at all. I asked some of the security member but they didnt know or just directed me to buy water. I just needed to wash my hands, face or just to refresh my head. - tokens - this was a genial marketing idea as I ended up spending a lot of money without even realized - my compliments on this - however I would slightly amend it - at least soft drink should be allowed to buy singolarly. Before leaving we just wanted to buy a small water and had already finished our 20 tokens (40 euro). Everyone refused and we had to wait to go outside to buy some water, which is not ideal with the summer heat and the massice crowd. It's not even safe. If I want water I should always be able to get it. Tokens or not. Apart from the above notes easily amendable, the rest was truly enjoyed. Thanks!”

“The event of lasta night was amazing. Martin Garrix, Rita Ora and all supports were fantastic. I tell you only one “bad thing”: transports for return has to be improved and organized in a different way. First of all they must be more far frome the exit of the event and they have to be more and more. Thank you GUYYYS😘”
