“Getting in and out of the venue was good. Navigating the one way system took some time to get use to, which is very frustrating. Staff are helpful though. Some of the rooms are very cold, dress warm.”

“Very clear and fast booking and confirmation of tickets. It would also be convenient and better if when one presses on the seat chosen to purchase one will have the option of having an actual view of the stage from the chosen seat. That way no one cam complain if the vseat chosen was not great. Hope that makes sense.”
