“The system is quite good and user friendly. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is that you can only purchase one ticket at a time. Practically no one attends these events on their own so there should have been an option to buy for a couple or a group.”

“A frustration is that every ticketing site is different and you need to establish passwords to obtain tickets etc. The number of passwords that everyone is expected to remember these days is ridiculous. I appreciate security is paramount but the number of passwords people are expected to remember is ridiculous.”
