“Very easy and intuitive site. There was just one point where I was completing my details (DOB / address / payment etc.) and it wouldn't let me proceed, even though I had completed all the criteria and selected all the checkboxes. So I had to log out and resubmit all my details.”

“I am working on a slow 1.5 Mbps line and after making the payment, the screen hung and was largely blank. I did not see a confirmation of receipt etc. This was only achieved by logging on again.”
