Based in Leeds and London, with wider European expansions planned, our mission remains clear: to work in partnership with promoters and organisers of all sizes, to help them deliver the best live experiences possible to consumers.

“First time I used this site to book tickets and managed to get it done on the second attempt. But to be completely fair it was due to an error on my part. Once I caught the error it was easy though”

“Was relatively easy to navigate the system but I was disappointed at the booking fee, never really get booking fees.... because there is no way of getting the tickets without booking.... odd one”

“Fast and easy to use service, but annoyingly itemising their compulsory charges, like "here's the cost of your ticket...aaaand on top of that there's a booking fee....aaaand a delivery fee....aaaand a visiting this web page after 7pm fee....aaaand using an out of date mobile phone to book fee....aaaand....." I made the last two up, but you get my drift; Why not just roll all the surcharges into one booking fee and have done with it? It just seems unnecessarily petty, even though the fees are very reasonable.”
