“All good only issue was authorisation of the card after everything was filled in I had to type in card details a further 3 times but good to log in to and clear on where to check everything”

“I really think that the way to get the ticket was so quick and easy and that is the reason I would rate it as 4/5, but the unique thing I would like to mention is that there is no need (by my understunding) to print the tickets. Probably for the next time it can be downloaded by smartphone and scan the QR”

“Quite easy to use but I only had the option to pay with Apple Pay and I had to then set my card up for it, would rather be able to put my card details in manually then I could have chosen any card.”

“When I use your Ticket Arena first time I missed the time limit. Is an overlooked login "new users". Forgotten filling in the required field (the page flickering after filling out the fields) and I do not see which ones you mean with time limit is this little bit uncomfortably.”
