“I had some idea which kind of pocketcloth I was looking for. Collection of pocketcloths in Tieroom is quite big, so it was easy to find ideal pocketcloth to match what I was looking for. I also found one extra one too. I liked the shop, it was easy and fast to browse through collection and delivery was also fast. Nothing to complain. Next time when I need new pocketcloths Tieroom would definitely to be my first place to start browsing.”

“Very big selection of nice silk bow ties and ties. But I was disappointed with the plastrons. Pictures nor item descriptions don't tell that they are modern pretied plastrons, not real Ascot scarfs.”

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, they are Plastrons, and thus this is what we name them. We don't claim them to be real ascot scarfs. The category page states the fact that they are pre-tied but, I agree, the product page could make this more clear. We will fix that. Unfortunately, the demand for self-tie plastrons is very limited. Unlike yourself, far from everyone has the skill and patience to learn how to tie one. Hopefully we can take in a smaller amount of self-tie in the future.

“Express delivery didn't work and ties didn't make it in time. Staff were helpful and tried their best to correct the situation but ended up having to cancel the order. Had to ask for compensation, got a discount voucher in the end.”
