“Ties was delivered on tine, needed help getting it figured out though? Wish you put instructions in to show how it gets attached, would have been a lot better when putting it on.”

“I've only ordered swatches, but the fabric is lovely and there were even complimentary swatches which was a very pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I left out a color and wish I'd included it in my order. Anyway, great experience with this business!”

“The delivery was quick and product was exactly what I wanted. In fact, I made a mistake when checking out, ordering the adult tie instead of boys. All it took was one email, explaining my mistake and regret that I would have to return because I didn't have time to return the tie and wait for a replacement before my event in a few days. Tieroom sent a replacement without me having to send the mistaken ordered item first. It arrived in time and the return was easy. Excellent customer service.”
